Why OCR when the data is in front of you?
So why OCR? Or course it would be fool hardy to predict that there will ever be a true paperless office. Some paper will likely remain – at least in the short term. However, as most billing applications can generate and send PDF invoices via email, it is the easiest and quickest way move towards a paperless office - by simply reading what is in front of you .
